Our Process
Every project follows the same structured process from first conversation through delivery. Here's how we work.
Project Review & Feasibility
You share your design documents, brand standards, and project scope. We review everything and provide initial feedback on manufacturability, estimated pricing, and realistic lead times. Our goal at this stage is to give you the information you need to make decisions quickly.

Shop Drawings & Approval
We produce detailed shop drawings for every piece in the package, capturing dimensions, materials, finishes, and construction details. These go to your team for review and approval before anything moves to production. We typically include two rounds of revisions to make sure everything is right before we move forward.

Sample & Finish Approval
For material and finish selections, we provide physical samples for review. On larger projects, we produce pre-production samples of key pieces so you can evaluate construction and finish quality before full production begins.

Production
Once drawings and samples are approved, we issue production orders to our factory partners. Our team coordinates directly with production managers throughout this phase, with oversight on the ground near manufacturing. We provide regular status updates so you always know where production stands.

Quality Inspections
We conduct quality inspections at key stages during production, not just at the end. Our team reviews materials, construction, and finishes against approved drawings and samples. A final pre-shipment inspection is completed before anything leaves the factory.

Shipping & Logistics
We manage ocean freight and logistics from the factory to our warehouse in Chino, California. Goods are received and inspected at our facility before being released for delivery. We coordinate delivery timing with your project schedule so FF&E arrives when you need it.

Delivery & Closeout
We deliver to your job site on the schedule agreed with your GC or project manager. Deliveries can be phased to match your construction timeline. After installation, we review any punch-list items and work to resolve them promptly.
